At Penstar, we aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your paper tablet purchase. If you are not, we are here to assist.
Returns
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your paper tablet product.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in like-new condition, without any signs of use, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alterations may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- In case of a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
